Sarah Han
Long Beach, WA

Sarah Han took a spontaneous late-night swim with a friend about 100 yards north of the Sid Snyder beach shoreline approach. About ten minutes after entering the water, the two became separated and Han disappeared into the surf. The friend returned to his hotel where they had both been staying and called for help. Rescuers from the U.S. Coast Guard and local agencies conducted an extensive search, but she was not located.
