On May 1, 2015 Deborah Carver's brother called to report there had been no contact with Deborah since April 28, 2015. Deborah's phone, purse and personal affects were all found inside her apartment. Deborah's vehicle was also left in the parking lot of her apartment. Nobody had seen her leave the apartment and there was no information to indicate where she had gone or who she may have been with.
