Reporting party stated that Berry was having trouble breathing when she spoke to him on 8/22/1991. Berry was going to go Dillon's Grocery to get medicine but he did not return. He did not show up for work on 8/22/1991 and 8/23/1991. He has not missed work for any reason in the past.
