Mr. Sagun was reported missing on February 26, 2012 by his mother who last saw him on the same date at 6:30 a.m.. She advised that she found a note indicating he was leaving with critical factors. He was supposed to be headed to 710 Ridgely Ave in Annapolis for church, but members said he failed to show. Mr. Sagun was operating a Chevrolet S10 Pickup truck when he went missing, and neither that truck or its registration have been seen since the reporting date. He had been known to frequent the Broadneck Library in Annapolis.
