On May 19, 2020, the Kenosha Police Department responded to the 3700blk of 15th St to investigate a report of a missing person. Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., 40 years old, resided at this location. He was last seen May 17, 2020. Investigators found both of Gutierrez's vehicles in the parking lot. At the apartment, the patio door was open. Inside, there was a large amount of blood, furniture had been moved around, and an area rug was gone. Gutierrez did not report to work on 5/18/20 or any subsequent days.
