On the morning of 9/27/2019 around 9A.M. Charles and his wife entered the International House Of Pancakes (IHOP) located @ 4375 Rangeline Rd, Mobile, AL 36619 to use the restroom. When Charles' wife exited the restroom , Charles was gone and hasn't been seen or heard from since. He did NOT have a vehicle at the time but it has not been confirmed if he walked away or left with someone in a vehicle. He did NOT have a cell phone.
