Steven and William Kent Watkins, MP#67267, were aboard the private vessel Loose Goose Too. They purchased fuel in Seldovia on the afternoon of 10-21-1997. The USCG searched all of Kachemak Bay and the lower Cook Inlet, but no trace of the vessel or the two men were ever found.
