Edgar was last seen on 08/12/1989. He was one of four onboard an overdue Cessna N1211V coming from the Caribou Creek, King Mountain area. Wreckage from the crash was found on 08/16/1990 in a ravine approximately one mile southwest of Hicks Lake. He is missing with James Slaybaugh (MP #67069), Robert Horn (MP #67216), and Richard Floyd (MP #66863).
