William was last seen on 06/16/1989 and is missing from a plane crash into the Cook Inlet. The plane was returning from a bible camp at Port Alsworth and ran out of fuel over water. He is missing with passengers Tara Wetzel (MP #66498), Janelle Gerlitz (MP #66493), and Michele Green (MP #66510). A few items from the plane were found but the passengers were never located. All four are presumed to be deceased.
