Tom was last seen on 10/30/1986 during a boating accident on the F/V Danube near Juneau in the Gastineau Channel around Marmion Island. He is missing with William Scott Lewis (MP #66891) and William Tugman (MP #66808). Wreckage was found on Douglas and Admiralty Island. Searches of the area were unsuccessful in locating them. They are all presumed deceased.
