Clinton Abarca and 3 other males left Igiugig at approximately midnight on 07/28/2007 via skiff enroute to Kakhanok. One person was rescued from the skiff on 07/30/2007 and another one was located deceased on 07/31/2007. Also missing is Chad Rawls.
