Left home of family in Cornelius sometime during the night between approximately 1200 hours, and 0440 hours on 07/28/2019. Kevin is a Guatemalan national, The family believed that another relative from Austin Texas may have come and picked him up but they had no contact information for that relative. A search warrant for Kevin's cell phone shows GPS shows a pattern of life before and on 07/28/2019 in the Cornelius area, then up I-85N to Spencer NC, a six hour gap and then in the Alexandria VA area. Family says he does not know anyone in the area and there is no known family in the area. At no point has the family expressed that he may be in danger and that he has been on and off social media but ignores their messages.All activity up to 08/12/2019, when the phone was cut off by the family, shows activity in the area of Alexandria VA and the Northern VA area. Numerous calls and texts were attempted in English and Spanish with no response.
