Kevin Bamper was reported missing on 07/21/14, after his son, James Bamper, was found deceased in the ocean near 278 SE Macarthur Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL in Martin County. Kevin and James Bamper had left to go fishing earlier that day and it was believed that they accidentally fell into the water. Kevin's truck was located parked nearby. James' death was ruled an accidental drowning and no foul play is suspected at this time. No remains have been located for Kevin Bamper since the time of his disappearance.
