MISSING PERSON SENT TEXT-MESSAGES TO WIFE ON SAME DAY SUGGESTING HE WAS GOING TO HARM HIMSELF. MISSING PERSON THREATENED TO JUMP OF THE BRIDGE IN THE PAST.
