Gregory Thomas Arnold was reported missing by his mother on 09/18/96. Arnold was in custody at the Sonoma County Jail, however, was released and returned to Pacifica. Arnold left his home on or around 08/12/96. Subject was to self surrender to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office on 09/14/96 but neglected to do so. Arnold's whereabouts are unknown.
