Fred Arvin Lee joined the U.S. Navy in May, 1981 and separated from the Navy in April, 1986. His last duty assignment address indicated a submarine base in New London, Connecticut. On 10/24/2017, Lee's mother (who resides in Laurel, Maryland) generated a missing persons report for Lee detailing that Lee has not been seen or heard from since 1986. Lee has been entered into NCIC by the Laurel Police Department.
