On 05-08-15, The complainant's foster mother reported her missing. She stated, in summary, that the complainant had been placed with her and her husband two (2) weeks prior to the her absence. She further stated that the complainant left for school, at 7:15am on 05-07-15, Benjamin Franklin High School and did not return. The complainant routinely returned from school, no later than 5:00pm.
