On 1/7/19 at approximately 1105 hours the victim, Todd Battaglino, left the Royal Palm Marina located at 779 W. Wentworth St, Englewood, FL in his white 2014 Parker 18 foot bay boat. The victim told friends and family he was going fishing by himself, as he normally does. When he did not return home, his family reported him missing on 1/8/19 at approximately 1208 hours.
