Jamie was last seen in Brevard County, Florida on December 20, 1987. Jamie and his father, James Matthew Meulemans, Captain John DeGoes and Frank Doherty left Port Canaveral at 6:30 a.m. on a fishing expedition in a 21-foot, gas-powered Chris Craft boat. They had planned to return by nightfall, but the boat never returned. Captain John DeGoes and James Meulemans Sr. were located deceased off the Coast of Daytona Beach. Jamie and Frank Doherty ( NamUs #MP56842) have never been located.
