Eight people jumped out of a boat after it caught fire in Suisun Bay near the Rich Island Gun Club on 3/21/2000 at 0241 hrs. Five victims were rescued by Coast Guard. The other three were presumed drowned. The body of one of the missing people was discovered on 4/19/02 in Contra Costa County. James Washington and another victim, Wilburn Thompson, are still missing.
