David informed the officers at the scene that he was not injured. David was last seen wearing a long sleeve, blue colored t-shirt, grey surf shorts, black tennis shoes, and a green colored baseball cap. David was also operating a black and silver colored moped. David is believed to be homeless and it is unknown where he may be staying.
