Poulin resided at an assisted living facility and was allowed daily walks around the property and neighboring roads. On 09/10/2018, around 4:00PM, Poulin was discovered missing and was last seen by a neighbor who reported seeing him walking East from his home. Poulin has eloped before and was found attempting to hitchhike back to his childhood home in Wilton, ME. An extensive search of the area, using multiple resources, turned up no evidence of Poulin's whereabouts. Furthermore, Press Releases to the media provided no further information or leads as to Poulin's whereabouts.
