Elizabeth self-admitted herself into the Sierra Tucson Facility on Thursday (1/10/19) for mental health treatment. She completed the initial screening process and was released to general living quarters on Sunday (1/13/19). She had spoken with a friend and was reported to be optimistic about her upcoming 30 days of treatment. During the later afternoon hours, Elizabeth's medical bracelet and her personal possessions were found in her assigned room. Elizabeth was nowhere to be found. A large scale search was initiated by the facility and later by law enforcement. Elizabeth was not located at the facility or the surrounding area. She is believed to have taken her identification and an unknown amount of cash. Elizabeth had a close network of friends and family that she regularly kept in touch with. Nobody has heard from Elizabeth since 1/13/19. There has been no activity on her social media or bank accounts.
