During the investigations of Serial Killer Sam Little, a family came forward asking if their Daughter/Sister was a victim of his crimes and that she went missing in 1988. No recorded report existed of this missing person. The report was done in December 2018. Missing person Latricia Smith had a baby on 08/11/1988 and went missing 5 to 6 weeks later. She left the home to meet some friends and was never heard from again. No investigating done at time of disappearance. Patricia was light skinned B/F medium size.
