Horacio De La Cruz Barrera went missing from his residence while no one else was home. Both an aunt, who he lives with, and an employer reported some paranoid behavior prior to his disappearance. Several forms of identification and Horacio's cell phone were left in his room. Horacio did not have access to a vehicle and it is unknown what he would be wearing.
