Monte Bolton
Anacapa Island, CA
On January 4th, 1992 Monte and his brother went to Anacapa Island, about 11 miles southwest of the Channel Islands Harbor. They explored the sea caves on the island but the brothers never returned. Search and rescue located the brother's body but not Monte's. Their dinghy was also found, full of water. Last seen heading west from the north side of the island.
