On 4/19/15 Brian told his daughter he was going to the Capital City Rescue Mission's Substance Abuse Program; he called her later, telling her he was unable to get in and was sitting in an area near the Hudson River. His daughter offered to pick him up the next day; when she tried to call, he did not answer. Brian hasn't been seen or heard from since. It is possible that he may have been at Albany Medical Center on 4/20/15 or 4/21/15.
