A five-year-old missing person's case ended up with two men arrested Wednesday evening, charged with the murder of a Logan County man. West Virginia State Police troopers say five years after Willy Williams was reported missing, some new leads jump started the investigation. Freelin Vance of Logan, and Anthony Baisden of Mingo County both face first-degree murder charges.
