He is described as a white male, 6’-1” tall, 170 lbs. with grayish dark hair. He also has a tattoo “Expect No Mercy” on his abdomen. A description of clothing is not available. Bouwell does not have a permanent address but is known to frequent the Bawcomville area and the River Bend School area in West Monroe. Anyone with any information concerning the whereabouts of Mr. Bouwell is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
