Family member advised niece Lessie Scott had been gone since Thursday Feb 1999 with her male friend and has not heard from her and that was very unusal. Family was advised when they returned home, he went to bed and that when he got up she was gone and that she took her ID with her, and left everything else there last seen wearing blue t-shirt jeans and light blue jacket.
