Carty was last seen driving in a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze,, bearing New Jersey Registration# N40EUF. The vehicle is white in color. A License Plate Reader captured Carty's vehicle registration number at approximately at 1430 hours on March 19, 2017 in our jurisdiction. Destination is unknown.
