Charles Locklar
Kawaihae, HI

Charles LOCKLAR was last seen by his uncle, swimming towards the shoreline near Lapakahi State Park after the boat they were fishing on had capsized and sank in the ocean. His uncle stated that the last time he saw his nephew he was swimming ahead of him and he was approximately 200-300 feet from the shoreline. When his uncle reached the shore he made attempts to locate his nephew, who he figured would have reached shore before him; but Charles LOCKLAR was not found.
