Rozario was last seen on 12/24/2016 at approximately 7:45 AM when his father was driving him to his home in Mount Vernon. He had been drinking and claimed to be under the influence of drugs. He then made the comment repeatedly that "Everything is bad." Rozario attempted to exit the moving vehicle, which was southbound on Interstate 5. His father exited the freeway at Anderson Rd in Mount Vernon and Rozario fled despite repeated attempts by his father to get him back in the car.
