When the report was first made, Cheesman had no permanent residence and his last temporary residence was at the Light House Mission. His last known contact with anyone was on Oct. 17, 2013. Officials state some information has indicated Cheesman may have been near Tabertown Street in eastern Vigo County around the time of his disappearance.
