Missing person (MP) contacted Reporting Person (RP)biological brother, Martin, on telephone to indicate that he had crossed the border and was in Yuma foothills. MP indicated that he was with individual who would drive him to Mesa, AZ for $250. MP called RP's cell from a cell phone with 520 area code (believed to be cell phone of individual who stated they would take MP to Mesa). MP requested that RP wire money via Western Union for him to buy food. RP wired $100 via Western Union on 07/17/2004 but the money was never claimed. RP called the number back that MP had called from a week later and the number was disconnected.
