William Brown
Key West, FL

66 year old William Cameron Brown was last seen alive on October 5, 2010 by friends at the Geiger Key Marina. He was on his way to Key West to the courthouse to pay some fines. Brown lived aboard a boat offshore of the Geiger Key Marina, with his dog Nadine. After receiving a call that he might be missing, officers went to the boat to check on him. They found the dog was still there, along with William’s cell phone. William, however, was gone along with the small dinghy he used to row back and forth to shore. Neither William nor the dinghy have been seen since. A search was conducted of the waters around the area with no results. Detectives canvassed other boats in the area and spoke with people at the marina who knew William, along with a number of others with connections to him. At this point, they have exhausted all leads in the case. William is described as a white male with long grey hair and a beard. He is 5’8” tall and thin – about 100 pounds. He had a tattoo of an ant in his belly button.
