Mr. Tilton was scheduled to turn himself in at the Yakima FBI Office on 6-10-15, to face federal charges. He disappeared from his Trout Lake residence the night before, claiming he would be spending the night in the forest and then returning in the morning. His vehicle was later located near the Pacific Crest Trail in neighboring Skamania County.
