Kamelia was allegedly abducted by her father, Derek Spencer, and grandmother, Helen Barbara Gruning. FBI UFAP warrants were issued for the abductors on 10/27/00. The abductors may be in the company of another adult female. They may have left the country or traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada. Derek may use the alias last name of Gruning. He has "Derek" tattooed on his arm. Helen often wears wigs. They may be armed and dangerous. CAUTION ADVISED.
