Mansoor Riaz had returned to Bellevue on January 2, 2011 after visiting his family in Ontario, Canada. His vehicle was located the following morning parked near the Deception Pass Bridge, which was a common location for Riaz to visit and take photographs. He has not been seen or heard from since.
