Vincent Adamczak is declared deceased and small bone fragments recovered are believed to be his remains. It is highly probable that there are still unrecovered remains out there and that many were likely moved and deposited at another location that is still unknown therefore NamUs case will remain open. In June 2015 two men were tried and convicted of 1st Degree Murder for the 1995 murder of Vincent Adamczak and both were sentenced to life in prison.
