ON 10/09/08, VICTIM WAS REPORTED MISSING BY HIS SISTER, WHO RESIDES IN NORTH CAROLINA. VICTIM WAS LAST SEEN ALIVE BY A NYS TROOPER ON 09/15/06 AT HIS RESIDENCE. ALL OF THE VICTIM'S FINANCIAL ACTIVITY CEASED ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER OF 2006. ALL OF THE VICTIM'S PERSONAL BELONGINGS, TO INCLUDE HIS CAR AND DOG, WERE LOCATED AT HIS RESIDENCE. NEIGHBORS HAVE NOT HEARD OR SEEN THE VICTIM SINCE 2006.
