On the morning of 08/28/1981 a son of Jancie Potts saw her before he left for school. When he returned home she was no where to be found. Another son of Janice Potts reports that he returned home from school and the home was unlocked, utility light was on, there was a pot of boiling beans on the stove, the iron was out and in the on position. No signs of struggle. Janice Potts is said to have been four months pregnant at the time of her disappearence.
