Joshua was last known to be at the Green Meadow Country Club in the vicinity of the 6000 block of North Mayo Trail,in Pikeville, KY. It is believed Joshua walked to the river and accidentally fell in near the bank of Levisa Fork. Only his cap was found in area of his disappearance. Extensive searches have been conducted by authorities.
