Standish was not present on his live-aboard sailboat in Richardson Bay during welfare checks on 01/02/16 and 01/03/16 after his family reported they had not had contact with him since November 2015. A Zodiac dinghy that was said to be stored with the sailboat, possibly CA 5782UP or CA 2122VB, was missing and both CF numbers have been entered as lost. Standish was contacted by law enforcement regarding a non-criminal matter during the early morning hours of 12/08/15 and there have not been any known contacts with Standish since that time.
