Raymond Hickman left his home on 01/30/2016 to take his normal walk around the town of Cannon Beach, Oregon at approximately 11:30 a.m. He has not been heard from since that time. Witnesses say he may have been spotted walking along Highway 101 near the Arch Cape tunnel at approximately 5:00 p.m. that evening. Mr. Hickman suffers from dementia and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.
