Deputies found John Christopher Terry’s vehicle abandoned on Saturday at HCR 2346 in Abbott. John Christopher Terry, 30, a father of two who’s been missing for three months, may have been the victim of foul play, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday. Terry was last seen on Oct. 17, 2014 and deputies found his abandoned pickup truck the next day on HCR 2346 in Abbott. “The windows were down and the keys still in the vehicle,” sheriff’s Lt. Wes Collins said Wednesday. No evidence of foul play was found at the scene, but in the subsequent investigation, deputies did find blood and other undisclosed evidence at Terry’s home that raised questions about the disappearance. “It’s been a long time and no one has heard anything from him,” Collins said. “That along with blood we found at Terry’s home sure means he may be a victim of foul play,” Collins said.
