Stevie is paralyzed from the waist down and was confined to a wheelchair and colostomy bag at the time of his disappearance. Stevie disappeared with a man by the name of Joseph Grashner (MP139308). It was reported that Stevie and Joe left a birthday party on Pointz Ave, in a red van, with a group of people. Stevie and Joe never returned, neither did the red van.
