Mr. Sehorn was observed on video surveillance at the Georgetown Marina on 12/8/2006 at approximately 1358 hrs. Victim made purchase and left the facility and, presumably, returned to the vessel where he resided. No further contact with any witnesses was determined. No disturbances were noted in the vessel where the victim resided. No disturbances were noted in the area where the victim resided. All known associates were interviewed and had negative contact with the victim. An exhaustive search of the waterways failed to yield any contact with the victim or any evidence useful in determining victim's location.
